1 Woe is me! for now it is with me as after gathering summer fruits, as after harvesting grapes: not a single berry for food, not a ripe fruit that my soul desires.
2 There are no more merciful on earth, no truthful among people; everyone builds coves to shed blood; each one sets up a net for his brother.
