Nephelderziende Shawn Spencer (James Roday) en zijn sceptische boezemvriend Gus (Dule Hill) gaan op onderzoek uit in de verfrissende en eigenzinnige televisiehit Psych! De serie drijft op een combinatie van boeiende scenario's, geestige dialogen en hilarische misverstanden. Deze serie is echt briljant.
De humor is geweldig en de karakters zijn geloofwaardig en goed op elkaar ingespeeld.Alleen jammer dat seizoen 2 t/m 4 niet in nederland zijn te krijgen.

Ik begon met de serie op de televisie, maar dat kon ik altijd alleen maar om 17.
05 op comedy central kijken, dus wou ik graag de box kopen, en ik vind het geweldig! de effecten zijn erg mooi gemaakt, en de humor is erg leuk, vooral voor de '80 mensen wegens veel verwijzingen naar jaren 80 films en muziek. Jammer dat er in de 1e aflevering wat domme geluidseffecten zijn geplaatst alsof het een (kleine)kinderserie is. -

Ik zag deze serie op TV en vond het echt fantastisch.
Hoe mysteries worden opgelost door kleine details is echt leuk. Alleen echt jammer dat de volgende seizoenen niet in Nederland te koop zijn.

Psych is an American detective comedy-drama television series which spoofs procedural dramas that were extremely popular in the 2000s. It was created by Steve Franks and broadcast on USA Network. The series aired new episodes in the U.S. on Wednesdays at 9PM ET/PT, 9PM CST. Psych debuted on Friday, July 7, 2006, immediately following the fifth season premiere of Monk, and continued to be paired with the series until Monk's conclusion on December 4, 2009. It was the highest-rated U.S. basic cable television premiere of 2006. Season Six ended on April 11, 2012. It was USA Network's longest-running original series on air at the time it ended. On January 10, 2012, USA renewed the series for Season Seven, to include 16 episodes. On December 19, 2012, a renewal for Season Eight was announced. Psych began its eighth and final season on January 8, 2014, concluding on March 26 with the final episode of the entire series and the Psych After Pshow.
The series stars James Roday Rodriguez as Shawn Spencer, a young crime consultant for the Santa Barbara Police Department whose "heightened observational skills" and impressive detective instincts allow him to convince people that he solves cases with psychic abilities. The program also stars Dulé Hill as Shawn's best friend and reluctant partner Burton "Gus" Guster, as well as Corbin Bernsen as Shawn's captious father, Henry Spencer. Timothy Omundson stars as detective Carlton Lassiter, who often clashes with Shawn, and Maggie Lawson stars as Juliet O'Hara, a junior detective who goes on to become Shawn's love interest. Kirsten Nelson stars as police chief Karen Vick. The supporting cast includes Liam James as Young Shawn, Carlos McCullers II as Young Gus, Sage Brocklebank as Buzz McNab, and Kurt Fuller as coroner Woodrow Strode.
