20 Pets That Like to Cuddle (With Pictures)

There’s perhaps no better way to end a hard day of work than cuddling up on the couch with your best friend. After all, there’s a good reason why over 63 million American households have a dog as part of their families. They offer so much to the dedicated pet owner, from unconditional love to a running buddy. They entertain us when we’re down and give us a good excuse to get outside.

At the end of the day, pets are steadfast companions. For example, dogs can read our emotions and probably know us better than we do. Different animals respond in varying ways to handling. Of course, early socialization is a significant factor, along with an animal’s history. Some are born cuddlers, like the 20 pets on our list. Grab a blanket and your place on the couch to share with your BFF.

an amazing story about the most loving cat

Today I will tell you one very unusual and incredibly touching story about a cute pet named Tiger and its owner, a man F. Lindemann. It all started with kindness - a young man saved a little kitten, with a beautiful striped color, which plaintively meowed on the street, abandoned and all alone. The pet grew, became more and more attached to his savior (like all outbred animals that were picked up on the street) and his family. nine0003

Look how touching this picture looks - a cat, already an adult cat, quiveringly pressed against its owner, and in the second collage - imposingly collapsed on his knees, sniffling and as if dreaming.

The pet began to have special love and tender feelings for the elderly father of Lindemann - he literally did not part with him, trying to fall asleep next to him and always follow on his heels. Not so long ago, a man posted a cool post on the Reddit page, where there are many photos of his father with a cat on his knees. He signed that the Tiger just comes to his dad every morning, jumps on his hands and lies on his knees, hugging and caressing his “father”. nine0003

This is how the morning of a self-confident, adult and independent cat looks like: he lies on his owner's lap, sprawled imposingly and sniffing loudly. The owner is afraid to disturb him, so he just sits watching TV while the cat is sleeping. These are very touching shots, as for me ... I myself often stay in the pose “until everything atrophies” in the world, but the cat must definitely get enough sleep. And the most interesting thing is that the cat has a certain ritual: he must come running, lie down for about half an hour on his father's lap and run away about his business. The fact is that a man needs to go to work, because the pet tried to choose the time “before”. And over time, the elderly man also began to “pick up” the watch according to the needs of the animal. nine0003

And look, the hero of the occasion himself - a striped, adult, huge cat, which is kind to its owner. Just look how much cat tenderness, awe and respect are in this photo: the pet carefully, so as not to scratch the owner, “hug” him by the neck and even closed his eyes with pleasure! I would like to have such a gentle miracle! My cat is not at all attached to me or to anyone else in our family.

"Nezhnyatina" is just nonsense for her. Or it is expressed in scratching "in a fit of love" of the hand or biting the earlobe. Of course, everyone expresses their love in different ways… But sometimes you want a little tenderness and a peaceful “murr!” over the ear from the parasite that you have been feeding for 7 years already! ...

Over time, Kotika began to acquire clothes that surprisingly suited him. For example, in this photo we see a cute blouse and again the same imposing pose on a man’s knees. The cat is sitting for himself and thinking what to do after the beloved person still goes to his mortal job ... Napoleonic plans, but I don’t want to implement: I just want to lie down just as nice! Yes, for as long as possible.

F. Lindemann's father works as a contractor, so he leaves no later than 8 o'clock every day. the cat runs to him at about 7:30. For the remaining half hour, the cat lies and just purrs loudly, basks, enjoys the company of his beloved owner. nine0003

If the Tiger, for some reason, cannot crouch on the owner's knees, then he is very upset all day, the man says. And only when it's time for a lunch break, the father returns home, and the cat runs headlong to him - to hug. A man simply cannot throw off his pet at this moment, therefore he sits until the promenade and the allotted time of the Tiger passes.

What is most interesting is when there is a blockage at work and even if something mega-urgent happens, the man does not leave. He just calls his partner and says that the cat is sleeping on him and he cannot dump him. By the way, a little background, which will be interesting. The foundling was seen by Lindemann under the truck he was working on and apparently drove it for at least 30 miles. nine0003

The man took the cat to him, at first it was difficult - he had to feed him with a bottle, milk. The Tiger did not like to sleep on a pillow or in a couch from childhood - he was lonely, he cried, and even several times the owner wiped his tears. Then the pet had to be taken with you, as it became clear that the cat simply cannot do without communicating with people.

And so, when the first acquaintance with Lindemann's father passed, a “spark” of mutual understanding and love immediately slipped between these two. “Father immediately wanted to steal the Tiger, take him to his home, and then it happened - the cat moved, they simply became inseparable from each other. For the Tiger, a special building was built - a house, which leads through an extension (veranda) to the street. This was necessary so that Tigrik could go out on his own and breathe the air. As Lindemann says, if his elderly father didn't have to go to work every morning, he would just sit at home and cuddle with his cat all the time. nine0003

Cute video of Tom Hardy taking a photo with young fans after a recent jiu-jitsu tournament

“Hugging a tree, you feel something first in your toes and then up your legs, in your chest, and then in your head. It is such a wonderful feeling of relaxation and then you are ready for a new day and new challenges,” assures Tor Thorfinnsson, one of the forestry service employees

At the same time, he recommended to go deeper into the forest, and not stop at the first tree that came across, which someone else could hug before. Five minutes a day, he says, is enough to feel better

Rangers have marked two meter intervals in the forest so that visitors can enjoy nature without fear of being too close to each other

“At this terrible time, people are encouraged to go outside,” reminded Bergrun Anna Thorsteinsdottir, assistant forester in Hallormsstadur, “So why not enjoy the forest, where you can hug a tree and get the energy of this place?”
