Entering a new relationship can be exciting and bring up a bunch of positive emotions. If you’ve recently started dating someone, you may ask yourself: Is it love or just lust?
Lust is mainly sexual or physical, with no desire to bond with the person on a deeper level. Love, in contrast, involves feelings of intimacy, vulnerability, and putting in the effort to build a stronger connection.
Certain signs may help you figure out whether you’re feeling love or lust toward your new partner. This relationship test can help.
This brief questionnaire is designed for anyone who might be wondering whether they’re feeling lust or love for the person they’re now dating.
This love or lust quiz is meant to help you answer questions like:
- Am I falling in love?
- How do I know if I’m in love?
- Is it lust?
This “am I in love quiz” is not meant to tell you if you should stay in your relationship long term or not. But you can use this lust or love quiz to find out how you might be feeling right now toward the person you’re dating.
Depending on your responses to this love test, you can also understand whether you’re in love with your partner or experiencing lust.
Keep in mind that every person approaches dating, love, and their unique love language differently. So be sure to trust your gut and deeply assess your emotions before deciding if you’re willing to commit to this person.
If you always ask yourself this question or you typically experience conflicting emotions in relationships, speaking with a therapist can help you navigate dating in healthier ways.
Instructions
Answer the questions below honestly about the person you have feelings for, and we’ll score the quiz and let you know the likelihood of love.

"I love you, life"
- a conversation about a healthy lifestyle, about the rules of behavior in society.
Today we will talk about life, about the beauty that it gives us, about the future. We will pay attention to the fact that a person's health belongs not only to him, but to the whole society, to raising a sense of responsibility for his personal health and his future children, to the relationship of spiritual and physical health. Let's talk about the factors that affect human health and well-being. And also define the main components of a healthy lifestyle. Let's discuss the perniciousness of bad habits and the need for everyone to make their own choice of life path.
Question to students: Where do you see yourself in the future?
Guys, raise your hands, those who have never been sick. And now those who get sick once a year. And who gets sick twice or more? Look, we are all used to getting sick, but this is wrong. Let's try to change this and remember that being healthy is natural for a person.
Question to students: How do you understand the expression "to be a healthy person"?
There are many definitions of health, but the most accurate definition of health should be that given in the Constitution of the World Health Organization:
"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. " Human health is not only its individual value, but also the property of society, inextricably interrelated and dependent on each other.
Human health has two components - spiritual and physical. They must constantly be in harmonious unity and thus ensure a high level of health.
Question to students: Describe spiritual and physical health?
Spiritual health is achieved by the ability to live in harmony with oneself, with relatives, friends and society, skills in predicting and modeling events and drawing up a program of one's actions.
Physical health is ensured by physical activity, rational nutrition, hardening and cleansing of the body, a rational combination of mental and physical labor, the ability to relax, and avoiding the use of alcohol, tobacco and drugs.
Human health is influenced by physical, spiritual and social factors. Of the physical factors, the most important are heredity and the state of the environment. Every person feels their influence on himself. Each person has their own predisposition to certain diseases. The state of the environment also affects health. Even the healthiest living habits cannot fully compensate for exposure to polluted air or water.
Question for students: Does a person's inner world affect his health?
The spiritual factor is one of the important components of health and well-being. It is understood as the ability to create goodness, self-improvement, mercy and disinterested help. We hope that learning the art of music will help you become kinder, stronger spiritually.
A poem by Anna Akhmatova tells about the help of music to a person in tragic moments of life:
Something miraculous burns in it,
And her edges are faceted before our eyes,
She alone speaks to me
When others are afraid to approach.
When the last friend looked away,
She was with me in my grave
and sang like the first thunderstorm
Or if all the flowers spoke.
In moments of life, when it's hard on the soul - take your instrument, play your favorite melody, and you will feel a surge of strength, an uplift in mood, and find a way out of a difficult state of mind.
Social factors are also of great importance in influencing people's health.
After all, a person can be happy and healthy only when he has the opportunity for self-realization and he is guaranteed good living conditions, education and medical care. In addition, each person must himself observe the rules and norms of behavior in society, because his health and the health of others depend on it.
A simple example: every school requires a second pair of shoes, how can this affect your personal health in the first place?
Of course! If everyone walks in clean shoes, then the indoor air will be fresh, and pathogenic bacteria will not move on dust particles and enter our bodies. This is the physical influence of the social factor. And in spiritual terms, the one who walks around the school in second shoes will never experience an unpleasant feeling of shame, when meeting with teachers or the administration, he will not receive comments from the watchmen or those. staff and will not worry that mom will be informed about this. All of the above, of course, will affect the undermining of not only yours, but also the health of others.
Another example of the influence of social factors:
compliance with traffic rules.
Guys, everyone, without exception, has to cross the street to get to the children's art school, such is its location within the city. Let's remember how to do it?
First, be sure to only go to the green traffic light if you are at an intersection. Secondly, even if the color is green, make sure, after looking around, that all the cars are standing still, cross the road with an active step in order to be in time before the yellow color appears.
Thirdly, if you are crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing not at an intersection, stop in front of it. Look first to the right, then to the left, make sure that the drivers of transport let you through, all cars must stop, only then go to the pedestrian crossing strictly along the yellow and white lines. When you reach the middle, look again to the right, and make sure that the cars are standing still.
The consequences of non-compliance with the rules of the road put at risk not only the life of the violator and participants in accidents, but also their relatives, who will subsequently worry about the health of these people. Be careful and attentive on the road, when boarding public transport and behavior in it.
Another social factor affecting people's health is their behavior in nature. We all visit park areas, forests, ponds. What threatens health with antisocial behavior: a fire can happen in the forest if you do not put out the fire, or smoke in the forest, drink alcohol and throw glassware. Bad habits not only spoil the health of those who abuse them, but also put the health of others at risk.
To maintain health, a person must and must lead a healthy lifestyle.
Question for students: Based on the above, formulate a definition - a healthy lifestyle.
A healthy lifestyle is an individual system of human behavior that provides him with physical, spiritual and social well-being in a real environment (natural, man-made and social) and active longevity.
Student question: Give examples of positive and negative factors that affect human health.
Positive factors include adherence to the daily routine, rational nutrition, hardening, physical culture and sports, balanced relationships with people around.
Smoking, alcohol and drug use, emotional and mental tension when communicating with others, and unfavorable environmental conditions in places of residence negatively affect health.
Each person himself strives to develop a number of necessary qualities in himself.
In conclusion, it should be noted that each person is free to make his own choice on which path to follow. If he wants to be healthy, cheerful, able to realize his desires, before taking a glass of alcohol, a cigarette or a drug, he must think and make the right decision. He must learn to say firmly: “No!”.
Task for students: Analyze the influence of various factors on your own health and develop your individual system of behavior during the day, which would best suit your abilities and needs.
I wish you guys
Always be healthy,
But to achieve results
It is impossible without effort.
Try not to be lazy,
Every time before a meal,
Before you sit down at the table,
Wash your hands with water.
And do exercises
Every morning,
And of course, harden yourself.
This will help you so much!
Breathe fresh air
Always whenever possible,
Go for walks in the forest,
He will give you strength, friends!
Health is an invaluable wealth in the life of every person. I hope today's conversation was not in vain, and you learned a lot from it. No wonder they say: “If you are healthy, you will get everything!”. So stay healthy everyone, goodbye!
