Leadership Training & Strengths Assessments
High-performing teams are built or broken by one thing.
Relationships.
After decades of research, the science is clear. Teams with Relationship Intelligence (RQ) build trust faster and outperform the rest.
High-trust teams rely on Relationship Intelligence
The ROI of Relationship Intelligence (RQ)
Organizations with high Relationship Intelligence know how to build indestructible teams. They embrace diversity, navigate conflict, and power through obstacles with smarter decisions.
Without RQ, teams default to turf wars, master the blame game, and implode under pressure.
We can help you create a workplace where relationships thrive.
Every Interaction Matters
How do you transform a team culture? One interaction at a time.
It’s in the daily conversations, the last-minute virtual meetings, and the impromptu DMs where trust is strengthened or strained. Core Strengths prepares teams to master the moment so opportunity doesn’t fall by the wayside.

How we help
People are complex. With the right approach, productive relationships don’t have to be.
Team Performance
Trust, fluid communication, and the ability to explore all sides of an issue are at the core of high-performing teams. When teams can visualize the inner workings of their team dynamics, they can embrace their diversity and tackle any challenge together.
Coaching
Employees who receive meaningful feedback from their managers are 3.5x more likely to be engaged. The best managers understand how to connect business goals to that which is intrinsically meaningful to a person so that work is an energy source and not an energy drain.
Conflict Management
There’s a fine line between conflict and opposition, but there’s an enormous chasm between their outcomes. With too much conflict, productivity suffers. Not enough opposition; the best ideas are suppressed. Teams that learn to manage this tension are unstoppable.

Strength Deployment Inventory 2.
0 | Core Strengths AssessmentStrength Deployment Inventory 2.0
Rather than focusing on WHAT we do, the SDI® 2.0 helps us understand WHY we behave and HOW we relate to each other. Using Relationship Intelligence (RQ), the SDI 2.0 provides a common language for understanding what’s important.
Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and the SDI 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us relate to others – building our ability to improve dialogue.
With a focus on our Motives, the SDI 2.0 provides a critical connection to a key leadership skill – the “art of influence.” It is easier to communicate with and influence someone when what’s important to them is understood. This insight helps you choose the best approach for engaging people whose thinking and behavior appear much different from your own.
It’s about relationships
By cracking the code of people’s different communication styles, teams can more clearly see the positive intent behind one another’s actions, and the dynamics of relationships then become easier to navigate.
Measure what motivates high-performance
The SDI 2.0 shows who you are and how you work through four interrelated views:
Motives
You’ll learn the three core motives behind your approach to people, performance, and process. This blend is expressed as your Motivational Value System (MVS).
Conflict
Your Conflict Sequence, a unique result, shows your changing motives as conflict escalates, giving you the chance to correct course.
Strengths
Your Strengths Portrait presents all 28 strengths you use at work. It also reveals how our motives drive the strengths we use most.
Overdone Strengths
Everyone pushes their strengths too far in some cases. You’ll learn which ones you overdo—insight that can keep you from losing effectiveness.
Improve team productivity
When your SDI 2.0 results are connected between members of your team – the insight is multiplied. Team views of the SDI 2. 0 results reveal the collective balance of motives, conflict and strengths needed to raise the right issues, make strong decisions and keep the work flowing.
Insight alone
is not enough.
Action is required.
It’s the daily conversations that determine outcomes especially when the stakes are high. By using the relationship intelligence of the SDI 2.0, your people will apply the knowledge of what drives productive dialogue leading to faster problem-solving.

strengths and weaknesses of a person
Strengths and weaknesses of a person
Strengths and weaknesses of a person are closely related and should not contradict each other. Each person has their own disadvantages and advantages. As a rule, we are used to talking about strengths, but we are often silent about weaknesses.
An independent, purposeful and self-critical person always admits that there are many weaknesses in his character. And there is nothing wrong with that. We are all humans. But every purposeful person can turn his shortcomings into virtues through painstaking work on himself.
So, what are the strengths of a person and how to find them? To do this, first of all, pay attention to your talents and skills. Here you will find your strengths. When you find your strengths, work on them, develop them. This will allow you to fully open up.
If you are unable to determine your own strengths for the questionnaire, ask your friends and acquaintances for help. Thanks to their opinion, you can discover advantages in yourself that you didn’t know about before. And in some ways your opinion will converge with the opinion of your friends.
In addition to the strengths in the resume, there is often a question about your weaknesses. You shouldn't be ashamed of them. If you claim that you have no negative character traits, this will become a sign of an unformed personality for the recruiter. Which in the future is unlikely to help you get the desired position.

Responsible for their actions and actions of subordinates 1. Decide how much time you are willing to spend improving your strengths. Always reserve this time in your calendar, whether it's one hour a day from 19:00 to 20:00 or one evening a week, say Wednesday. 2. Select the field of study. Previously, you identified two or three areas for yourself in which you have talent. Now choose the area you are going to focus on, say next month. Spend your time improving your strengths in ways that benefit you and your company. 3. Find a suitable material. You can build on your strengths through helpful articles, online courses, or workshops. 4. Do this. When performance is measured, it improves, and when performance is measured and needs to be reported, it improves dramatically! Share your self-study plan with your friend or relative, or best of all, your manager. Tell them that you are going to show them the result in the form of a report or a finished program to demonstrate what you have learned or learned. Be sure to include a specific date and ask them to mark the date with them to hold you accountable. |
